Teker Nutrition Will Help Your Family Through All of Life's Stages
Initial Consultation: 45-60 minutes
This first session is getting to know more about you and/or your child, collect your relevant medical history, assess a diet recall, and define your big goals before breaking them into smaller, short-term goals.
Meal Planning
Working together, we can create customized meals and snacks on a weekly or monthly basis. After an initial session, your cooking and food preferences will be used to make your specific meal plan.
Follow up Session: 30-45 minutes
We will go over the goals we set in the previous visit, discuss what has helped you and identify any barriers. We can also focus on new topics you would like to address.
Pregnancy & Postpartum:
30-60 minutes
We will touch base at least one time each trimester to go over your symptoms and specific needs. Each trimester has unique needs and their own set of risks, making it important to meet with a dietitian in each phase of pregnancy.
Family Group Sessions: 45-60 minutes
Change starts with each member of the family. That is why we can meet all members of the family to create change that everyone can
work on together.
Weight Management
We will work together to focus on your daily intake, lifestyle habits, and exercise. We will take a holistic approach. Meal planning and weekly sessions are apart of patients that want to be at their ideal weight.

About me
I'm passionate about supporting families through all stages of their children's growth, from pregnancy to young adulthood. Embracing healthy nutrition habits is essential for families at any stage of life.
Who Am I?
Elizabeth Barth, MS, RD, LDN
Pregnancy and the events to follow are some of the most beautiful biological phenomena. But that being said:
How do you prepare for it?, What are the right foods to eat?, What is best prenatal vitamin to take? What can you eat during breastfeeding?, What should your baby eat? Why is my child eating too little? or too much?
I became an expert in my field so I could answer your questions.
Education
I earned a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics and later completed a Master of Science in Nutrition and Health Promotion at Simmons University in Boston, MA.
Experience
I then started my journey in prenatal and postpartum nutrition working at the Women, Infants, and Children program where I counseled hundreds of pregnant women and their children.
Experience
I then moved on to the Preventive Cardiology and Metabolic Clinic for Children at Massachusetts General Hospital in the Divisions of General Academic Pediatrics and Pediatric Cardiology.
Experience
After my experiences with infertility, successful IVF, and the birth of my child, I decided to begin my own practice so I could teach families what I have learned through research and hands on experience.
My practice focuses on
Virtual advice
One-on-one virtual, nutritional
counseling using evidence-based information
Follow-up
Virtual follow up appointments
based on individual health needs
Holistic Approach
Lifestyle and habit changes that incorporate nutrition, exercise, sleep, and
mental well-being that follow the family and children from infancy to adulthood.
